(Before)We have a home that has gas force heating, which is great; however, as many of you already know, gas prices are getting expensive. So we have decided to put in a fireplace for our source of heating and use the gas forced heating as a back-up. It would be nice snuggle up on the couch in front of the fireplace and just relax (at least when all the kids are in bed. LOL!). Here are some pictures of the rough frame-in. Notice the empty spot for the flat screen television that we have envisioned . . . stay tuned if we ever get one to fill that void.
